All events organized by Asociación Tenerife Tango require prior registration and acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This legal notice is intended to regulate access to and use of the website, event participation, registration and payment, as well as the relationship between Tenerife Tango and its users. In the event of a legal dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction and legislation of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Accessing this website does not imply the establishment of any commercial relationship between www.tenerifetangomarathon.com and the user.

Access and browsing on this website imply acceptance and acknowledgment of the legal notices, conditions, and terms of use contained herein.

Tenerife Tango expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, and that, should any transfer of personal data be carried out, prior explicit, informed, and unequivocal consent will always be requested from the data subjects.

Participants may unsubscribe from any subscription services provided by sending an explicit request to tenerifetangoeventos@gmail.com.

Likewise, the provider has adopted all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of personal data processed, as well as to prevent loss, alteration, and/or access by unauthorized third parties.


3.- EVENT CONDITIONS

The organization reserves the right to change any activity, modify schedules or prices if deemed necessary to improve the quality of the event or in the event of urgent unforeseen circumstances.

The organization reserves the right of admission, especially in cases of misconduct or disturbances, present or past, involving other participants, third parties, or the organization itself, as well as in cases of intoxication, etc.

Registration for the event by minors without their parents or legal guardians is not permitted.

The use of cameras or any other image-recording devices for commercial or professional purposes without authorization is not permitted.

The use of talcum powder or similar products that alter floor conditions for dancing is not permitted without the express permission of the organization.

Acceptance of entry to the event, whether online or in person, implies consent to the recording of your image for dissemination on the organization’s social media.

Certain societies, clubs, and other venues where events are held reserve the right of admission in accordance with their own internal regulations for gala events and general access, particularly regarding access by minors.

Serious breaches of the above provisions may result in expulsion from the event without any right to claim.

If there are waiting lists for events, milongas, classes, private lessons, etc., they will be prioritized according to three criteria: “valid” registrations as defined in the following section, order of registration, and full payment of the registration fee.

Followers who register individually will be automatically added to a waiting list. The organization will only match participants based on the order of registration.

It is important to clarify that the organization is not responsible for finding partners for leaders and followers; it will only handle pairings based on registration order.

Registration is personal and non-transferable, and resale is prohibited.

Under no circumstances shall the organization be held responsible for the purchase of tickets or hotel rooms without prior confirmation of a place in the event.


4.- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • Forms are individual: ONLY one form per person is allowed.

  • Once registration is submitted, you will receive, within a maximum of ten days, an email from the organization with payment instructions.

  • Registration will only be considered “valid” if payment is made within the following two weeks after receiving the payment instructions email. If payment is not completed within this period, the registration will be automatically canceled.

  • Online registration will remain open until sold out or until one week before the start of the event if it has not sold out.

  • After this date, and if the event has not reached full capacity, individual tickets may be purchased directly at the reception desk, subject to availability and according to the waiting list.

  • The organization will prioritize gender balance at the event.
