Personal Data Processed and Sources
The personal data we process are those you provide by filling out the forms available on the All Night Tango 2025 website (registration, contact), or when you contact us through other enabled channels (email, social media). If you attend the All Night Tango 2025 event, we will also process your image and/or voice that appear in the photographs and videos taken during the event.
Purpose
The personal data collected are necessary to provide you with the requested service and will be used for the following purposes:
a) To attend to your registration request for the All Night Tango 2025 event and manage your participation.
b) To respond to inquiries made by participants regarding the event.
c) To send information about organizational aspects of the event.
d) In some cases, to send a satisfaction survey about the event.
e) To edit videos and audiovisual pieces for dissemination in online and offline media to promote All Night Tango.
f) With your express consent, to include you in a contact database for sending information related to future editions of the event and other similar tango events.
Legitimacy
The legal basis for processing your data for purposes a), b), and c) is your consent when contacting our organization. For purpose d), it is the legitimate interest in understanding attendees’ opinions. The legal basis for purpose e) varies:
For general shots, it is the legitimate interest in promoting the event.
For close-ups, it is the consent you provide by attending, which may involve an international data transfer with certain privacy risks.
The legal basis for purpose f) is the legitimate interest in providing information about other events.
Retention
We will retain your personal data until the event concludes. Afterward, they will be retained for sending related promotional information about future editions. Your image or voice in audiovisual pieces will be retained as long as you do not express opposition. Data will be retained in a blocked state until the legal responsibility periods have elapsed.
Recipients
The personal data you provide will be processed exclusively by the data controller and, where applicable, by data processors. They will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, and data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
You can exercise your right to oppose image capture or withdraw your consent during the event by approaching the photographers and videographers.

Cancellation policy
Tenerife Tango undertakes to analyse each personal case in detail in relation to the return and cancellation policy of registrations, with the aim of offering the best possible service. In any case, the general cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Before 7 August: Full refund.
From 8 August to 9 November: 50% refund.
From 10 November onwards: No refunds will be made.
All accepted refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, according to the organisation’s possibilities.
In the event that the event is cancelled for reasons not attributable to the organisation, Tenerife Tango will evaluate the possibility of transferring the value of the ticket to the next event or making a proportional refund of the expenses already incurred.
