All Tenerife Tango Association events require registration and acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This legal notice is intended to regulate the access and use of its website, events, registration and payment, as well as the relationship between Tenerife Tango and its users. In case of legal dispute, both parties submit to the courts and legislation of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

2.- WEB CONDITIONS

  • Simple access to this website does not imply any type of commercial relationship between www.tenerifetango.com and the user.

  • Accessing and browsing this website implies acceptance and knowledge of the legal warnings, conditions and terms of use contained therein.

  • Tenerife Tango expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred under any circumstances to third party companies, and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is to be carried out, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the owners will be requested beforehand.

  • The participant may unsubscribe from any of the subscription services provided by sending an express request to tenerifetangoeventos@gmail.com.

  • Likewise, the provider has adopted all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data processed, as well as to avoid its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorised third parties.

3.- CONDITIONS OF THE EVENTS

  • The organisation reserves the right to change any activity, modify timetables or prices, if it considers it necessary to improve the quality of the event, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances of urgent necessity.

  • The organisation reserves the right of admission, especially in the case of faults and altercations, present or past, with other participants, the organisation itself, drunkenness, etc.

  • Minors are not allowed to register for the event without their parents or legal guardians

  • The use of cameras or any other type of imaging device for unauthorised commercial or professional purposes is not permitted.

  • The use of talcum powder or similar products that modify the sliding conditions on the dance floor is not permitted without the express permission of the organisers.

  • The acceptance of the entry to the event online or in person, implies the possibility of recording your image for dissemination on the social networks of the organization.

  • Certain societies, clubs, and other venues where events are held, reserve the right of admission, according to the etiquette of their own internal regulations for gala events and general access to their facilities, especially in terms of access to minors.

  • Serious violations of the above articles may result in expulsion from the event without any right to appeal.

  • If there are waiting lists for events, milongas, classes, private lessons, etc., they are prioritised according to three criteria: ‘valid’ registrations according to the following section, order of registration and total registration fee.

  • Supporters who register individually will be automatically added to a waiting list. The organisation will be in charge of matching the registrations according to the order of registration. It is important to clarify that the organisation is not responsible for finding partners for leaders and supporters; it will only be responsible for pairing them up according to the order of registration.

  • Registration is personal and non-transferable, and resale is prohibited.

  • Furthermore, the organisation is not responsible for the purchase of tickets and hotels without prior confirmation from the organisation.

4.- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • The forms are individual: ONLY one form per person is allowed.

  • Once the registration form has been sent, you will receive an email with the payment instructions from the organisation within the next ten days at the latest.

  • The registration will only be considered ‘valid’ if payment is made within two weeks of receiving the email with payment instructions. If payment has not been made, the registration will be automatically cancelled after this deadline.

  • Online registration will be open until full (Sold out) or one week before the start of the event if it is not reached.

  • After that date and if the FULL capacity has not been reached, individual tickets can be purchased directly at the reception desk, if places are available and according to the waiting list.
